Ethiopia is where Arabica coffee was born over a thousand years ago, and natural-processed Ethiopian micro-lots remain the holy grail for specialty coffee enthusiasts. Farmed at breathtaking altitudes above 6,000 feet in indigenous heirloom coffee forests, the whole coffee cherries are dried slowly on raised African sun beds with the sweet fruit pulp intact. This natural fermentation infuses the coffee bean with intense fruit sugars, yielding an intoxicating aromatic bouquet of wild blueberries, delicate jasmine florals, Meyer lemon brightness, and a sweet honeyed finish that drinks like a fine fruit wine.

The Connoisseur V60 Ratio:
- 20g medium-coarse ground Ethiopia Natural Coffee
- 300g fresh filtered water heated to 202°F
- Rinsed unbleached paper filter
Method: Bloom with 50g water for 45 seconds to release trapped carbon dioxide. Pour remaining water in gentle concentric circles over 2.5 minutes. Serve straight in a wide glass without cream or sugar to experience the unmistakable wild blueberry explosion.
