Every roaster has a house blend — the coffee that defines who they are. Ours is a medium roast built from select Central and South American coffees, processed using both natural dry and wet-mill washed methods to bring out the best of each origin. The result is a smooth, clean, and consistently satisfying cup with a medium body, nutty sweetness, mild chocolate, a hint of citrus, and a bright, clean finish.
