Grown in the high-altitude hills of Nyeri County at 1,700–1,890M, this Othaya-region coffee is vibrant, complex, and unmistakably alive. Ingredients: 2 shots Kenya Espresso, 4 oz sparkling water, ½ oz fresh orange juice, orange twist.
Method: Fill glass with ice and sparkling water. Add orange juice, then pour espresso shots over top. Garnish with an orange twist.
