Mexican Chocolate Coffee is inspired by the traditional Mexican chocolate tradition — where chocolate isn't just sweet, it's layered with warm cinnamon and a hint of vanilla that makes the whole thing feel richer and more complex. The result is a smooth, medium roast cup with hints of chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla that work together beautifully, each flavor complementing the others without any one taking over. Exceptional on its own as a morning coffee, and genuinely outstanding as an after-dinner cordial — pair it with a splash of Tequila or Kahlua and it becomes something special. Like all our flavored coffees, each order is roasted in small batches from specialty grade single origin Arabica and carefully flavored with high quality natural flavoring oils while the beans are still warm, so the flavor is deeply absorbed into every cup.

Ingredients: 6 oz Mexican Chocolate Coffee, ½ oz Kahlúa or Tequila (optional), 1 oz heavy cream, cinnamon stick.
Method: Stir liquor (optional) and Mexican Chocolate coffee together. Float heavy cream on top and serve with a cinnamon stick.
