Why Nicaragua?
Grown by smallholder farmers in the misty hills of Molino Norte, Matagalpa — one of Nicaragua's most respected coffee-growing regions — this medium roast is a study in balance. Cocoa richness, floral lift, and a bright citrus finish come together in a cup that's complex without being demanding. The 12–14 hour fermentation and careful drying on raised beds give it a clean, layered character that rewards slow sipping. If you want a reliable everyday single origin that still has something to say, Nicaragua delivers.
