Why Papua New Guinea?
Papua New Guinea is one of the world's most remote and distinctive coffee origins — and that remoteness is part of what makes it special. Grown by small agricultural cooperatives in the volcanic highlands of Chimbu Province at 1,350M, this medium roast delivers a naturally sweet, honey-forward cup with notes of caramel and ripe fruit. The volcanic loam soil and sun-drying process give it a clean, smooth finish that's approachable for everyday drinking but interesting enough for the coffee curious. A hidden gem worth exploring.
