Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Peach Paradise loose tea steeped in 5 oz hot water (195°F) for 5 minutes, then chilled
- 3 oz sparkling mineral water or club soda
- 1 tsp raw wildflower honey or simple syrup
- Fresh peach slice and a fresh mint sprig over ice
Method: Strain brewed concentrated Peach Paradise tea over a tall glass packed with fresh ice cubes. Stir in honey, top with chilled sparkling water, and garnish with a fresh peach slice and mint sprig for a refreshing, non-alcoholic summer spritzer.
