Grown under native shade trees in the sacred Chanchamayo Valley. Naturally gentle, nutty, and sweet.
Our Peru Single Origin is cultivated by indigenous smallholder farming cooperatives along the misty eastern slopes of the Andes Mountains. Farmed without harsh synthetic pesticides and sheltered beneath diverse native tree canopies, this coffee is celebrated for its remarkably gentle, stomach-friendly profile. We roast it to a mellow medium to bring forward its creamy body, notes of toasted walnut, salted caramel, and subtle floral sweetness with extremely low bitterness and smooth acidity.

✨ TRY IT: Salted Toffee Andean French Press
Ingredients:
- 8 oz rich French-press brewed Peru Single Origin Coffee
- 1 tsp raw turbinado sugar or caramel syrup
- A tiny pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
- Splash of warm cream or cashew milk
Method: Brew coarse-ground Peru in a French press for 4 minutes. Pour into a mug, stir in turbinado sugar and a pinch of salt, and finish with a splash of warm cream to accentuate the toasted walnut and toffee notes.
Stomach-Friendly Brewing Tip: If you struggle with coffee acid or reflux, brew Peru in a French press or cold brewer. The natural low-acid compounds combined with immersion extraction make it one of the easiest coffees to digest.
