Why Tanzania?
Tanzania is one of Africa's most underappreciated coffee origins — and this Mbeya region lot is a perfect example of why that's changing. Grown by small cooperative farmers at 1,200–1,900M on clay mineral soils, this medium-light roast is delicate, floral, and fruit-forward in the best way. Notes of pear, jasmine, and strawberry make it a standout for pour-over and drip brewing, where its nuance can really shine. If you love bright, aromatic coffees, Tanzania belongs in your rotation.

Ingredients: 6 oz concentrated brewed Tanzania coffee (brewed over ice), ½ oz pear syrup, edible jasmine blossom.
Method: Brew hot Tanzania coffee directly over a carafe of ice to lock in bright pear notes. Stir in pear syrup, serve over fresh ice, and top with a jasmine blossom.
