Uganda's Sipi Falls region sits at the foot of Mount Elgon — one of Africa's most underrated coffee origins. Grown at 1,500–2,500M and processed using a full wash, this coffee is clean, nuanced, and surprisingly approachable. If you love coffees with floral lift and a dark chocolate finish without the heavy body, this one's for you.

Ingredients: 18g medium-ground Uganda coffee, 280ml water (200°F), dash of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp dark brown sugar.
Method: Brew a pour-over. Stir brown sugar into hot coffee and lightly dust top with cocoa powder to highlight its natural floral and dark fruit notes.
