This is our most unique offering — a single origin Guatemala green coffee aged for 30 days in a Bourbon barrel before we roast it to order. The barrel aging process allows the unroasted beans to slowly absorb the oak, vanilla, and whiskey character from the wood, creating a flavor profile you simply can't get any other way. Once aged, we roast it fresh so you get the full complexity of both the Guatemalan terroir and the barrel influence in every cup. Rich, layered, and unlike anything else in our lineup. Ingredients: 5 oz Whiskey Barrel Aged Cold Brew, 1 tsp pure maple syrup, 1 oz heavy cream (frothed), Maraschino cherry.
Method: Stir maple syrup into cold brew over a large spherical ice cube. Float frothed heavy cream on top and garnish with a cherry.
